We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any item fitting the descriptions listed above or any other item of a dangerous nature.

Because we care about your business we will never leave an item unattended in an unsecured location (ie. a doorstep or in an open hallway). All recipients must make arrangements to receive the items shipped. If delivery is not possible the sender or recipient may be charged an additional surcharge for the return.
This is our guarantee to you. Your package will be handled and delivered undamaged and we will always make sure your package is received by authorized personnel.
All items in our care are insured. You may request a certificate of liability with any of our staff.
